It's a great place to take the kids and visitor's. And a safe place to take walk's with the kids and pet's. And stop and have something to eat and drink.

I have seen these gardens grow from the beginning to the beautiful , mature gardens that they are now. Trees, birds , snakes, lizards& butterflies all live here together & we are lucky to share it with them

Great place to take the kids for an educational walk looking at flora and fauna from around the region. Also good to stop at the Cafe and have a bite while overlooking the ponds

I've been to the Mackay Botanical gardens for both family photos and birthdays and both times the gardens have been lush and green. There is enough shade to hide under during the scorching days and enough room for the young ones to play about.
