  Being our third renovation (and the largest so far), we had a good idea of what to expect, but sometimes needed some help planning when things got technical. From the very start, the team were full steam ahead, working very quickly to make our dreams a reality. They kept an extremely clean job site and Jarrod’s communication with us was fantastic – always checking in to make sure our expectations were managed and that we were happy with the progress.

  Modure were also excellent with keeping to the budget. Whilst there were some variations to the original job cost due to us changing our mind, or adding to the renovation, we never felt unfairly charged and were satisfied in knowing we were getting real value for money. The quality of work done by Modure was exceptional, and it was obvious how much pride Jarrod had in his team, and the work being done.

  Deciding to invest in our home was a big deal for us. We didn't have an unlimited budget and we wanted the finish to be not only structurally sound, but visually neat and complete. Because we've been stung by others in the past with sloppy workmanship, we were worried that the potential was there for it to happen again. Too often we've come across trades who have a "good enough" attitude and quote poorly only to spring hidden costs on us later, so this was a real worry for us.
