  Staff unsure about most products and don’t help each other , you basically have to find online yourself and point to what you want, I waited 2and half weeks for one pulley and a drive belt , twice the wrong was ordered , then I still had to modify it to fit, I bought the mower from there but won’t be again, I get my parts for craftsman from Rockhampton now.

  Only because I need to use these people , is the only reason I go here . Otherwise I don't think they are friendly people at all . They need to put on happy staff with happy attitudes and happy faces . They look like they are all working under stress , and their prices are expensenive also .
